Put the following ingredients (except the pineapple) in a crockpot on low for 4-6 hours, or until chicken shreds easily and is cooked thoroughly.   • 2 - 6-8 oz. organic chicken breasts
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced or chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced or chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¾ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 ½ cups pineapple
