Return Policy

When you shop with The Healthy Edge, we want you to be completely satisfied.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of shipping for a full product refund or exchange.

  1. Send an email to support@getthehealthyedge.com.  Include your name and the item you would like to return.
  2. We will provide you with the shipping address to return your item(s)
  3. You will be refunded the amount of the returned item less shipping costs.

Returns must be returned to us in resalable condition. Please allow 2 weeks for exchanges and refunds. Returns will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received. No cash refunds. You will be refunded the amount of the returned item less shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once product(s) are received in great condition.

What to do if your order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged?

If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged please contact us via e-mail support@getthehealthyedge.com or call 419-307-7511.

Please provide the receipt for shipping in your oder that was incorrect or damaged.  We will refund or credit your account this amount in addition to any credits for products.

On exchanges, please note what you would like in place of the returned item. Price differential will be charged or credited to your credit card.  You will be responsible for shipping your initial poduct(s) to use for exchanges.

Out-of-Stock Products

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. When we run out of stock of an item we will wait for it before shipping your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment by contacting support@getthehealthyedge.com.

Event Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend a Healthy Edge sponsored event within the first 7 days of your registration, you are eligible for a complete refund. If after 7 days of your registration you find you are unable to attend the event, we will convert the amount paid on your event registration to a non-refundable credit that you may apply toward any future Healthy Edge event for up to one full year from your original event date. 

Your ticket to an event is transferable to another qualified Healthy Edge Coach within 30 days of the same event date.

Some restrictions may apply. Contact our Customer Support Department at support@getthehealthyedge.com with all event registration changes.

Payment and Credit Cards

We accept PayPal and credit card payments only. We do not accept money orders. You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options on the website. The Healthy Edge reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
