Try this Green Goddess Smoothie – it’s like a bath for your system! Made up of nothing but fruits and veggies, this smoothie is loaded with nutrients and fiber and it’s a quick and delicious way to get more healing greens into your body.
- 1 c cold filtered water
- 1 c cucumber
- 3 handfuls spinach (or mixture of greens like spinach, romaine lettuce, kale, and swiss chard. Spinach and lettuce are most mild flavored.)
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 granny smith (green) apple
- Stevia for taste
Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
