Simplest Fermented Food Ever!

I attribute my health, energy and vitality first and foremost to my Healthy Edge lifestyle...but I have another secret.

Probiotics.

Not the small amounts you find in yogurt…

...or a probiotic pill.

I have something much more powerful and simpler.

It’s important to understand that probiotics are living bacteria that are critical to optimal gut health and promote healthy metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins as well as regulating appetite and cravings. These are just a few of the benefits.

...And they are found in the BILLIONS in fermented food.

Fermented foods contain all the diversity we need. Nature has it all set up for us.

Cabbage, for example, had bacteria on it when it was very small. And as it grew, bacteria began to work in a symbiotic relationship. The amounts and types of bacteria (probiotics) is something we cannot copy in a probiotic pill.

We can’t beat the way nature does it.

Are you ready for another amazing perk? Fermented foods dampen your desire for sugar and while sugar ages you, fermented foods are anti-aging. YIPEEE!!

When you eat a fermented food with a meal, it acts like a digestive enzyme. All you need is a couple of spoonfuls at your two biggest meals to reap the benefits. Pretty soon, your body will actually start to CRAVE the fermented food! I didn’t believe it until it happened to me!

Fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, miso and cultured vegetablesI am going to share with you – detoxifies your body of excess estrogens and eat up pesticides, mercury and other toxins. They are scavengers.

Adding fermented foods into your daily lifestyle is one of the best ways for consistently introducing healthy bacteria into your gut.
